On the trail of Captain Morgan, you make your way to Port Royal, the former pirate stronghold, and can maybe even still find a bottle of rum among the half-sunken buildings. On to the next must-see: the Bob Marley Museum (optional, payable on site)! The home of the Reggae King is filled to the rafters with records and reminders of his legacy. While admiring his very personal treasures, you can hear Marley singing softly: 'Hey Mr Music, sure sound good to me.' You think so too, and so you wander past picture galleries and even more records while listening to the relaxing tunes. It sweet fi talk – nice to have met Bob!
You're overwhelmed by your longing for your next road trip, so you jump in your hire car and put on some chill Jimmy Cliff jams. Our hot tip: take the inland route and marvel as the imposing Blue Mountains stretch out before you. Just like Bob Marley, ride until the road feels rocky and you find yourself saying 'it sure feels good to me!'
