If you've chosen a trip and still have special requests, no problem! Simply choose the Flex price when booking and enter your requests in the corresponding comment fields during the booking process. Once you've submitted your request, you'll receive a non-binding offer tailored to your individual needs.

At the beginning of the group trip, you'll get to know your travel group. This consists of fellow travellers who've booked the same trip as you for the same dates. You'll meet up with one another during your multi-day trip, for example, for certain excursions, and you'll also be staying in the same accommodation. Beyond that, you're free to plan your day however you please, which means you'll decide for yourself whether you want to explore your destination on your own or set out with your travel companions.

If the minimum number of participants for the planned group trip on the planned dates is not reached, you'll get a message from us in a timely manner, and we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative.

No, we always guarantee the best price. Our best price guarantee means that you cannot book this exact same multi-day trip at a better price through any other provider. This means that we'll refund you the difference of the price for the trip you originally booked if you find the exact same trip (identical travel dates, travel itinerary, terms and conditions, etc.) on the same day (by midnight) being offered for less by another provider. In such a case, please contact us immediately.
