1. Giveaway overview and entry terms
1.1. The giveaway will take place from 16/01/2026 at 00:00 until 25/01/2026 at 23:59. The deadline for participation is 25/01/2026 at 23:59.

This giveaway is not organised by, associated with, or sponsored, supported, or administered in any way by Facebook Ireland Limited, Dublin/Ireland (or any affiliated company – "Meta").
1.3. Participation in the giveaway and its implementation are subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating, you confirm that you accept these terms.
2. Eligibility and entry requirements
2.1. Participation is free of charge and is possible via the journaway Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/journaway or Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/journaway.
2.2. All individuals aged 18 and over who are residents of the United Kingdom are eligible to participate. Employees of journaway Ltd and journaway GmbH and its affiliated companies within the meaning of §15 AktG are excluded from participation.
2.3. Participants must be registered users of Facebook or Instagram, follow the journaway account on eather Facebook or Instagram, leave a comment under the giveaway post and subscribe to the journaway newsletter to be eligible.
2.4. Each person may only participate once.
2.5. journaway Ltd reserves the right to exclude participants suspected of violating these terms or attempting to manipulate the giveaway. In such cases, winnings may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively.
3. Prize details and fulfilment
3.1. The prize is the Bali and Java: Volcano hike and glamping adventure trip for two people, including flights. The tour operator is journaway Ltd. The trip is linked under the button ‘More about the trip’. The following terms apply: The winner is entitled to a two-person booking for the Bali and Java: Volcano hike and glamping adventure trip, with a maximum total value of £3,200. The trip must be booked by 31/01/2027 at 23:59 (UTC) and the departure date must be no later than 30/06/2027. The trip can be booked immediately for the available dates according to the regular booking conditions of journaway. journaway Ltd reserves the right to limit bookings to selected travel dates. If higher prices apply to certain dates, departure airports or additional services, the winner must cover the difference. Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or over residing in the United Kingdom. Employees of journaway Ltd and journaway GmbH and their immediate family members or household members are excluded. journaway reserves the right to decide on participation eligibility. The prize cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts. This giveaway is subject to availability. journaway Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this giveaway at any time without prior notice. journaway Ltd also reserves the right to cancel bookings made using manipulated, unauthorised or otherwise invalid or fraudulent promo codes. journaway Ltd is not liable for technical or system-related issues that may prevent or hinder the claiming of this giveaway.
3.2. The winner will be selected at random and contacted via the platform used to participate.
The winner will also be announced on this page. The winner can claim the prize by sending a private message
via Facebook, Instagram or by emailing uk@journaway.com.
3.3. journaway Ltd accepts no liability for any legal or material defects in prizes not provided directly by journaway.
If the winner does not respond within one week of being notified, journaway will follow up with a reminder and a final deadline.
If no response is received within this period, the claim to the prize will expire, and a new winner will be selected.
The prize only includes the components explicitly described. The prize is non-transferable.
Cash payment, exchange, or replacement of the prize is not possible. Unclaimed prizes will expire. Unless otherwise stated in the prize description or notification to the winner, the prize will be awarded after the giveaway ends either via the platform for participation or via the email address provided by the winner. If the winner provides incorrect information or is otherwise responsible
for the non-delivery of the prize, the claim to the prize expires.

4.1. Personal data collected for this giveaway will only be stored for its duration and used solely to determine and process the winner. 4.2. By entering, you agree that your profile name as displayed on Facebook or Instagram may be published free of charge on https://www.facebook.com/journaway or https://www.instagram.com/journaway in the event that you win.
4.3. You have the right to request access to or the correction of your data at any time in accordance with the legal regulations. You may also withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by emailing uk@journaway.com. Withdrawal will take effect from that point onwards.
4.4. The recipient of the information provided by participants is journaway Ltd, not Facebook or Instagram.
4.5. If Facebook or Instagram functions are used (e.g. the ‘Like’ button, sharing and messaging), data will be processed according to the respective platform’s privacy and usage terms.
5. Other
These terms and conditions, as well as the entire legal relationship between the participant and journaway Ltd, are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding conflict of law provisions. If any part of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
